What it does
A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 12-51-180 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF AN OWNER OF HEIRS' PROPERTY IS THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER AT A DELINQUENT TAX SALE OF THAT PROPERTY IN WHICH HE OWNS AN INTEREST AS HEIR SUCH PURCHASE DOES NOT INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF OTHER COTENANTS.
