What it does
Amends the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act. Provides that all applicants and licensees under the Act shall provide a valid address and email address to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Provides that except as otherwise expressly provided, nothing in the Act shall be construed to grant to any person a private right of action for damages or to enforce the provisions of the Act or the rules issued under the Act. Creates provisions concerning inactive licenses; citations; and illegal discrimination.
