SB 955 - This act repeals sections of law which were declared unconstitutional in United States v. Missouri.\r \r \tThe act provides that no public officer or state or local employee has the authority to knowingly violate a law-abiding citizen's legal rights regarding firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition.
