Sch Cd-evidence-based Funding

Amends the School Code. Changes base funding minimum calculation for evidence-based funding. Provides that, for the 2022-2023 and subsequent school years, the Base Funding Minimum of Organizational Units with a Final Percent of Adequacy at or below 80% and Specially Funded Units shall be the sum of (i) the amount of Evidence-Based Funding for the prior school year, (ii) the Base Funding Minimum for the prior school year, and (iii) any amount received by a school district pursuant to Public Act 100-21.
