What it does

Transportation Legislation Review Committee. The bill requires that the training to obtain a commercial driver's license to drive a combination vehicle contain education to prevent human trafficking if the training is conducted in a driving school. The department must also publish information about human trafficking for commercial driver's license holders and trainees.(Note: This summary applies to the reengrossed version of this bill as introduced in the second house.) ,
