What it does
Amends the Illinois State Police Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois and the Illinois Police Training Act. Defines "gender-affirming care" and "reproductive health care". Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, records maintained by the Illinois State Police or a law enforcement agency that contain any reference to reproductive health care or gender-affirming care shall be redacted to exclude the references to reproductive health care and gender-affirming care upon inspection and copying when inspection and copying is otherwise allowed by law.
