What it does
[Reduces] Fixes at six percent maximum rent increases for rental spaces in a larger facility [to match changes to the consumer price index. Limits to 10 percent the maximum increase in rent paid by the purchaser of a dwelling or home in a facility.] beginning in 2026. Creates an exception for certain infrastructure upgrades approved by a vote of the tenants. Prohibits a landlord from requiring aesthetic improvements or internal inspections as conditions of sale of a dwelling or home in a facility.
