What it does
Existing law creates and establishes a 9-member Scientific Review Panel on Toxic Air Contaminants to advise the State Air Resources Board and the Department of Pesticide Regulation in their evaluation of the health effects toxicity of toxic air contaminants and pesticides and prescribes the manner in which the members shall be appointed.
