Carrying a concealed handgun with a permit;public parking lots. Provides that a concealed handgun permitholder may store his firearms or other weapons in a motor vehiclein a publicly or privately owned parking lot, traffic circle, orother means of vehicular ingress or egress to property that is opento the public regardless if such firearms or weapons are prohibitedby the owner of such area.
