What it does

This act authorizes and directs the Department of Health to convey a specified parcel of land in Fremont County to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. The land parcel is currently held for the Wyoming State Training School, and this conveyance must be made without impact other rights and estates and without the payment of consideration, except the Department of Transportation must pay closing and title-insurance costs. This act also authorizes and directs the Department of Health to convey a different parcel of land held for the Wyoming State Training School.
