What it does
Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal date of provisions of the Illinois Plumbing License Law concerning irrigation contractors from January 1, 2024 to January 1, 2034. Effective immediately. House Committee Amendment No. 1 Deletes reference to: 5 ILCS 80/4.43 new Adds reference to: 5 ILCS 80/4.39 Replaces everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act.
