L. 1964, p. 3211), as amended, so as to change the compensation of the judges of the state court; to authorize the governing authority of Cobb County to make payments to the Trial Judges and Solicitors Retirement Fund; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
