What it does
Existing law requires the State Printing Office to file one copy of the published copies of the California Code of Regulations with the county clerk in each county, to be made available for public inspection. Existing law authorizes the county clerk to delegate, to the paid county law librarian or the librarian in charge of the county law library, the duty of accepting and making the regulations available, if certain conditions are met.
