What it does
The 2022 general appropriations act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of health care policy and financing. The general fund, cash funds, and reappropriated funds of the appropriation are decreased and the federal funds are increased. A new appropriation to the department for overexpenditures of line item appropriations in the 2021 long bill is made. House Bill 22-1295, concerning department early childhood and universal preschool program, is amended to decrease the amount appropriated to the department for use by the executive director's office, transfers to/from other departments and it is subject to the (M) notation defined in…
