Amends the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not for Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and the Limited Liability Company Act. Requires a limited liability company (LLC) that has converted into a different entity to file a copy of the articles of conversion with the Secretary of State. Allows the Secretary of State to accept service of process for a domestic corporation or LLC that has dissolved, faces criminal charges, or has failed to appoint or maintain an agent or whose agent cannot be found.
