SB 1473 - The act creates provisions relating to rebates by electrical corporations.\r \r \tUnder the act, within 90 days after August 28, 2026, an electrical corporation shall file an application with the Public Service Commission requesting approval of the corporation's tariff to provide a rebate to any customer-generator installing any energy storage system and, if applicable, a new solar electric system.
