What it does
Amends the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Act. Provides that there shall be no co-payment or coinsurance required for any services under the Covering ALL KIDS Health Insurance Program (now, children enrolled in the Program are not required to provide a co-payment or coinsurance for well-baby or well-child health care, including, but not limited to, age-appropriate immunizations as required under State or federal law). Requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services to report to the General Assembly no later than September 1 of each year beginning in 2007 on the number of professionals serving in the primary care case management program and the number of individuals enrolled in…
