What it does
Amends Public Act 83-841. Directs the Department of Central Management Services to execute and record a release of the reverter clause contained in a quitclaim deed concerning certain land in Kankakee County. Effective immediately. Senate Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the provisions of the introduced bill, and makes the following change: Provides that if the City of Manteno transfers the property to a private entity, it shall do so for no less than fair market value, and 25% of the sale proceeds shall be paid to the State of Illinois.
