What it does

Requires transfer of moneys from Oregon Marijuana Account to Oregon Health Authority for purposes of administering Oregon Medical Marijuana Program.] Allows nurse to discuss medical use of marijuana with patient. Specifies licensed health care providers who may recommend medical use of marijuana to registry identification cardholder. \tRemoves requirement that registry identification cardholder or person responsible for marijuana grow site who does not own premises at which marijuana is produced obtain consent from property owner to produce marijuana at premises.
