What it does

Amends the Illinois Hazardous Materials Transportation Act. Defines "local road" as any State roadway, except for (i) a highway with 4 or more lanes, or (ii) an interstate highway. Effective immediately. House Floor Amendment No. 1 Replaces everything after the enacting clause with the provisions of the introduced bill with the following change. Defines "local road" as any State or local highway (rather than any State roadway), except for (i) a highway with 4 or more lanes, or (ii) an interstate highway.
