L. 2005, p. 4014), as amended, particularly by an Act approved April 20, 2011 (Ga. L. 2011, p. 3722), so as to expand the purpose of the authority to include providing stormwater facilities and undertakings as defined by the Revenue Bond Law; to provide for definitions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
