What it does
Requires each public university and community college to prominently display \ttotal], or establish link to website that displays, estimated costs of all required course materials and directly related course fees for no less than 75 percent of total for-credit courses offered by public university or community college. Establishes how cost information must be displayed, secured and aggregated. \tRequires \teach public university and community college to provide annual report to], by December 31, 2023, Higher Education Coordinating Commission to submit report to Legislative Assembly detailing how each public university and community college is ensuring \tdetailing] compliance with requirement.
