What it does

SB 1719 - Under this act, each health care facility covered under the act shall establish a workplace violence prevention committee to develop a workplace violence prevention plan. A facility shall adopt and enforce a written workplace violence prevention plan to protect health care professionals and employees from violent behavior and threats of violent behavior occurring at the facility, as described in the act.
