What it does
Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of health facilities, including hospitals, by the State Department of Public Health. Existing law requires a hospital, as defined, to report summary financial and utilization data, as specified, to the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development within 45 days of the end of every calendar quarter.
