What it does
A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 27-40-460 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A LANDLORD OF AN ASSISTED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT SHALL OFFER A TENANT THE OPTION OF HAVING THE TENANT'S RENTAL PAYMENT INFORMATION REPORTED TO A NATIONWIDE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY.
