Coal and Energy Worker Relief Task Force.Establishes the Coal and Energy Worker Relief Task Force for the purpose of assisting Virginia residents whose employment by a business related to the exploration for or the extraction, processing, ortransportation of coal or natural gas terminates pursuant to theemployer's complete or partial closure.
