Expiration of cooperative agreements; period of oversight by Commissioner of Health; transfer of records. Establishes that cooperative agreements approved pursuant to the recommendation of the Southwest Virginia Health Authority shall automatically expire on June 30, 2028. The bill directs the Department of Health to transfer all records related to the approval and supervision of any cooperative agreement to the Commissioner of Health within 60 days of such expiration, establishes a five-year supervision period after such expiration during which the Commissioner supervises any managed care pricing restrictions in effect at the time of expiration pursuant to an agreement, and requires the…
