Economic and Community Development - As enacted, defines the terms "economic development" and "project" to include incentives that promote the development of single-family housing, for purposes of laws governing projects by industrial development corporations and contributions to industrial development corporations by municipalities. - Amends TCA Title 6, Chapter 54 and Title 7, Chapter 53.
