Sets forth the purpose of the Act. Creates the Health Insurance Choice Law. Sets forth requirements concerning policy offerings, choice, renewability, notice, disclosure, and rates. Creates the Illinois Healthcare Policy Task Force Law. Provides that the Task Force shall make recommendations regarding legislation.
