A BILL AN ACT TO AMEND ACT 745 OF 1967, RELATING TO RENEWABLE WATER RESOURCES (REWA) FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE WESTERN CAROLINA REGIONAL SEWER AUTHORITY, TO REVISE THE MEMBERSHIP OF ITS GOVERNING COMMISSION TO REMOVE ONE MEMBER FROM SPARTANBURG COUNTY AND TO ADD ONE MEMBER FROM GREENVILLE COUNTY, AND TO AMEND THE SERVICE TERRITORY OF REWA'S SERVICE AREA.
