An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, in emergency COVID-19 response, providing for\r\n declined and unclaimed allocations; providing for 911\r\n emergency communication services and for institutions of\r\n purely public charity; in Department of Revenue, providing\r\n for exclusion from classes of income; providing for indigent\r\n defense; in oil and gas wells, further providing for Oil and\r\n Gas Lease Fund; in transportation network companies, motor\r\n carrier companies and parking authority of a city of the\r\n first class, providing for designated municipal agent and\r\n authorized salvor for city of the first class; in human\r\n services, providing for medical assistance dental services\r\n and packages; providing for Attorney General, for\r\n Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Council, for Pennsylvania child\r\n and dependent care enhancement tax credit program and for\r\n additional keystone opportunity expansion zones; in special\r\n funds, further providing for funding; in additional special\r\n funds and restricted accounts, further providing for\r\n establishment of special fund and account, for use of fund\r\n and for distributions from Pennsylvania Race Horse\r\n Development Fund and repealing provisions relating to\r\n Enhanced Revenue Collection Account; in additional special\r\n funds and restricted accounts, further providing for\r\n definitions, for Sports Tourism and Marketing Account and for\r\n transfer of funds and providing for Service and\r\n Infrastructure Improvement Fund; in general budget\r\n implementation, further providing for executive offices, for\r\n Department of Agriculture, for Department of Community and\r\n Economic Development, for Department of Conservation and\r\n Natural Resources, for Department of Health, for Department\r\n of Human Services and for Pennsylvania State Police,\r\n providing for Commonwealth Financing Authority, further\r\n providing for Federal and Commonwealth
