Creates the No Artificial Intelligence Fake Replicas And Unauthorized Duplications Act of 2024 and may be referred to as the No AI FRAUD Act. Defines terms such as "personalized cloning service", "digital voice replica", "voice", "likeness", and digital technology". Provides that every individual has a property right in his or her own likeness and voice.
