Absentee voting; unsolicited absentee ballotapplications. Requires any individual or organization sendingan application for an absentee ballot to a registered voter thatwas not solicited or requested by the registered voter to use theinformation provided in the list of registered voters acquired bysuch individual or organization from the Department of Electionspursuant to law.
