Requires that electric companies and consumer-owned utilities have wildfire plans based on best practices. \tAllows insurance policy encouragement of wildfire risk reduction. \tRequires comprehensive statewide map of wildfire risk. Requires establishment of minimum defensible space requirements. Provides for funding local facilitation of requirements. Appropriates moneys to State Fire Marshal to provide funding.
