16-002. - Advertisements — Tearing Down or Defacing.

It shall be unlawful for any person, without lawful authority, to tear down, or deface any ordinance, bill, advertisement, or other paper of a business or legitimate character lawfully posted in accordance with this chapter within the City limits of Tremonton City, at any time before the object of such notice has been accomplished.
