A.

Any violation of this chapter is punishable as a Class B misdemeanor. In the discretion of the fire marshal or a designee. Violations may also be punished by an administrative citation.

B.

The fine for a civil violation of this chapter is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day that the violation occurred or continues to occur.
