8.44.180 - Inspections required.

Whenever a property owner, manager, or tenant intends to clean, repair, renovate, reopen, or reoccupy a building that has been boarded, the building shall be inspected and a permit must be issued by city prior to the property owner, manager, or tenant initiating any of the above actions. Any person conducting work on a boarded building or a building closed to occupancy must have a copy of the permit on the site at all times.
