The text
A.
It is unlawful to board a vacant building except pursuant to a permit issued under this chapter or pursuant to a catastrophic event, such as a structural fire, earthquake, or other declared emergency.
B.
Permits for boarding a building must be applied for on forms provided by the city.
C.
Boarding of a building must be completed within twenty-one (21) days of issuance of the permit.
