8.14.230 - Administrative citation hearing.

A.
A responsible person that has received an administrative citation shall have the right to contest the citation at an administrative hearing. A request for administrative hearing shall comply with the requirements set forth in Section 2.22.040 of this Code.
B.
Failure to timely request an administrative hearing and pay any administrative hearing fee shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing and a waiver of the right to appeal.
