A.

No undeveloped land in South Salt Lake City that is adjacent to a state highway shall be developed for any purpose incompatible with a noisy environment, unless the development of said property shall include appropriate noise abatement measures determined necessary by the city and consistent with the UDOT's noise impact criteria in effect at the time.

B.

Violation of this section shall constitute a Class B misdemeanor.
