A.

Whenever an act, condition, or omission is referred to or made unlawful in this chapter, it shall include causing, attempting to cause, permitting, aiding, or abetting such act, condition, or omission.

B.

Each unlawful act, condition, or omission under this chapter is a separate Class B misdemeanor.
