6.28.070 - Suspension or revocation of permit.

The text
A permit or license may be suspended or revoked, or a permit application rejected, on any one or more of the following grounds: A.
Falsification of facts in permit application;
B.
Violation of the provisions of this chapter or other laws or regulations governing the establishment, including noise, building and zoning ordinances; or
C.
Conviction or an administrative finding of a charge of cruelty to animals by any owner or individual currently employed by or volunteering with the permitee, or allowing such a person to return to the premises after notification of the offense.
