5.10.030 - Application for business license.

The application for a mobile ice cream vending business license shall contain all information relevant and necessary to determine whether a particular license may be issued, including, but not limited to: A.

The full name, current address, telephone number, and proof of identity of the applicant and all Persons who will be operating an ice cream truck as a part of the applicant's business;

B.

A brief description of the nature, character, and quality of goods, wares, or merchandise to be offered for sale;

C.

The specific routes, if any, along which the vendor intends to conduct business;

D.

If the applicant is employed by another, the name and address of the Person; and

E.

A description of all ice cream trucks to be used in the business, together with the motor vehicle registration number and license number.
