5.09.170 - Reporting changed information.

If, during any license year, there is a change in the information that a Person gave in obtaining or renewing a license under this Chapter, the Person shall report the change to the business license official within thirty (30) days after the change occurs and certify that the information given is true and correct under the penalties of perjury.
