The text

The license fee for Engaging in Business as a Transient Auction House owner shall be payable in advance for each day such business shall continue. The fee a Transient Auction House license shall be determined in accordance with the consolidated fee schedule, or any subsequent superseding ordinance or resolution adopted by the City Council.
