As used in this Chapter:

A.

The definition of each term that is defined in Utah Code Title 32B, Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, as amended, is adopted into this Chapter by reference, except to the extent modified by this Chapter or Title. Where used in this Chapter, such terms are capitalized.

B.

The definitions under Title 5 of this Code supplement the definitions in the state's Alcoholic Beverage Control Act and are also capitalized where used.
