3.04.010 - Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act adopted.#

The Uniform Fiscal Procedures Act for Utah Cities codified at UCA 10-6-101 through 10-6-159 providing uniform accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting procedures for Utah cities is adopted by reference by the city council of South Salt Lake. All future amendments and revisions to this act are adopted as well. The procedures and officers' duties set forth in this act shall be adopted and employed by the city of South Salt Lake.
