2.52.010 - City council designated acting body.#
The city council of the city of South Salt Lake, Salt Lake County, Utah, is designated as, shall be known as and shall act as the redevelopment agency of South Salt Lake and shall have the power to transact the business and exercise all the powers provided for by the Utah Neighborhood Development Act, UCA Sections 17A-2-1201 through 17A-2-1263.
