17.07.010 - Applicability.

In addition to all applicable Construction Codes and the South Salt Lake Lighting Master Plan, the following design standards shall apply to:

A.

All new Structures;

B.

Any Change of Use, addition, expansion, remodel, or intensification of the Use of any property that increases or modifies the Floor Area of a Building or Use by 50% or more; and

C.

All Noncomplying Structures that are a part of any Development identified in Subsection B.
