12.57.010 - Camping Prohibited.#
Camping is prohibited in any Public Place in the City of South Salt Lake except as specifically approved by the Mayor of South Salt Lake City in conjunction with a city- sponsored camp or except in cases of local emergency as declared by the mayor of South Salt Lake City.

12.57.020 - Violation—Penalty.#
A violation of this Chapter is punishable as either a civil violation or a criminal violation as follows: A.
Criminal Violation. A violation of this Chapter is punishable as a Class C misdemeanor.
B.
Civil Violation. A civil violation of this Chapter shall follow the process outlined in South Salt Lake Municipal Code Chapter 8.14, or its successor provision.
